Check in at Crown Metropol, Southbank. Rooms available from early afternoon; luggage can be held at reception if you arrive earlier.

Welcome drinks and dinner. Dress: smart casual.

Tue 3 Nov

Morning

Coach transfers depart from the hotel. Breakfast available at the hotel beforehand.

Afternoon

Hospitality and racing. Dress: race day formal — suits and dresses, hats encouraged.

Evening

Return transfers to Crown Metropol, with the evening at leisure in Southbank.

Wed 4 Nov

Morning

Breakfast and farewells. Check out by 11:00 am; late checkout on request.

From midday

Airport transfers as required. Extend your stay if you would like more time in the city.
