EXTENDING YOUR STAY
If you are looking to extend your stay in Melbourne, the official event start time is 5:30 p.m. on Friday, September 26th, 2025. Accommodation will be at QT Melbourne.

If you arrive on the event start date, your airport transfer will take you to the hotel, where you can check in on arrival.
​
The event will officially conclude on the morning of Sunday, 28 September at 9:00 am, so please make any onward arrangements for after this time.
